This is a personal blog that I have been dreaming about bringing to life for a number of years now. My intention is to share my experiences, my reflections and my learning with you.

The focus will be on my joyful and sometimes painful journey of wellness, relationship building, social justice work, and outdoor adventure.

On this journey I hope for growth...and so my website will also grow and change as necessary. I am a racialized settler and cis middle something aged womxn born and raised on Unceded Algonquin Territory known more commonly as Ottawa, Ontario.
